Vantaa (for other versions – the surname of the brothers Stepan and Mosley Anteevy, who founded the village, or by the name of the Vanšu (derived from Ivan)). In 1928 year became a village and was called Ivanteevskaya. In 1937 year was transformed into a town named Ivanteyevka.
